March 28, 2024 – The Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) provides more than $1.2 trillion dollars of investment and represents a once-in-a-lifetime infusion of cash into our transportation sector. Our national infrastructure requires sustained investment and innovation to continue to safely transport people and goods. With new and emerging technologies entering the market, key steps must be taken to ensure technology adoption without negatively impacting safety.
