Linda Jacobs Washington is President & CEO of The Washington Consulting Team, a firm that provides consulting services in the areas of executive coaching, leadership and management training, facilitation, organizational assessment, event planning, and fundraising.  She is a recognized expert in organizational and business management, strategic planning, and re-engineering processes.  Linda served, as the Assistant Secretary for Administration of the U.S. Department of Transportation, and, most recently, she was the Interim President & CEO of the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO).   Prior to her career at U.S. Department of Transportation, Linda held various sales and marketing positions at Xerox Corporation and led support services at the Library of Congress.  She has been honored by the Eisenhower School of National Defense University and the Washington, DC, chapter of WTS, and is the recipient of the Presidential Rank Award for her leadership in public service.
