Jannet Walker Ford
Jannet Walker Ford is Senior Vice President, Transportation Strategy, Growth & Key Accounts for Americas at AECOM. Formerly, she served as vice president and general manager, Eastern Region, Americas, Cubic Transportation Systems, a leading global integrator of payment and information technology and services to create intelligent travel solutions for transportation authorities and operators.
Jannet’s extensive background in the public and private sectors has focused on the information technology and transportation industries, specifically aviation, rail, and transit systems. Previously, she was vice president and North America director of strategic programs and policy for Parsons Corporation and was vice president and deputy program director for the Philadelphia International Airport’s multimillion-dollar, multi-year Capacity Enhancement Program, at the time the largest such program in the United States. She also previously served as a Principal for Booz Allen Hamilton and both the deputy CEO and Chief Information Officer for the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA). She is on the Board of Directors for the American Public Transportation Association (APTA) and is vice chair of the Board of Directors of the American Public Transportation Foundation. She also serves on the Executive Board of the Women’s Transportation Seminar (WTS).
