Dyan E. Wolfe is Eno’s Chief Learning Officer. In this capacity, she is responsible for Eno’s portfolio of professional and leadership programs and transportation-centered workforce development. Dyan is an accomplished learning executive with more than 20 years of experience identifying system deficiencies and connecting high-performance teams through a coach-centered focus on measured performance, accountability, and the customer experience. Dyan is highly skilled in people and culture, organizational leadership, implementation of solution-oriented strategies, and optimizing operations efficiency. For the past nine years, Dyan has held leadership roles in transit learning, compliance and regulatory training, and workforce development.

As a member of Eno’s leadership team, Dyan focuses on Eno’s capstone training programs, including the Leadership Development Conference specifically for top graduate students across the country, the Transit Senior Executive Program, and the Transportation Mid-Manager Program. Furthermore, Dyan leads the EnoMAX Multi-Agency Exchange Program. The EnoMAX program is pre-eminent peer networking, knowledge sharing, and innovation-specific collaboration for the nation’s leading transit agencies. Under Dyan’s guidance, Eno plans to invigorate and enhance our current leadership programs, as well as expand the reach and impact of these highly regarded learning initiatives.

Dyan is a Regent University and University of Maryland graduate and comes to us most recently from the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) where she served as Director of Bus Training & Administration.
