Barbara was Eno’s policy research intern in Summer 2016. In this role, she researches transportation measures appearing on 2016 election ballots across modes. Prior to joining Eno, Barbara interned at the US Department of Transportation in the Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization as a finance intern for the Short-Term Loan program. She also worked as a finance intern at Load Delivered, a 3PL firm based in Chicago, IL.

Barbara holds a B.A. from Northwestern University in History and Geography, with an Economics minor. She will pursue a Master’s degree at New York University starting Fall 2016. As a DC native, Barbara hopes to impact future transportation policy and improve accessibility for low-income residents.
