Ann Henebery-Phelan

Ann Henebery-Phelan serves as Editorial and Communications Specialist for the R Street Institute. 

Prior to her current role, Ann worked as Communications Manager for Eno. She also interned for Rep. Howard  “Buck” McKeon (R-Calif.) where she conducted research on a variety of legislative issues. She interned for the Smithsonian Institution Archives, restoring and conserving glass plate photo negatives in the American History Museum’s photographic archives. Additionally, she served as archives assistant to the Clerk of Circuit Court in Prince William County, Virginia where she worked on one of the largest court document preservation projects in the State of Virginia.

Ann received her B.S. in anthropology and her B.A. in history from Franciscan University in Ohio.
