Alexander Bond is a Transportation Policy Analyst in Office of the Secretary for Policy at U.S. DOT. Previously he served as Director of Eno’s Center for Transportation Leadership. In this capacity he oversaw Eno’s programs related to training and workforce development.

Mr. Bond brings 10 years of experience in transportation research, outreach, and technology transfer. Prior to joining Eno, Mr. Bond was a Senior Associate at ICF International, where he led multiple projects for the Federal Highway Administration, Federal Transit Administration, and the Transportation Research Board. He previously served as a Research Associate at the University of South Florida’s Center for Urban Transportation Research, Policy Analyst at the National Association of Regional Councils, and Associate at the Urban Land Institute.

Mr. Bond holds a B.A. in geography and an M.A. in urban and regional planning from the University of Florida. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners, the American Public Transportation Association’s Human Resources Committee, the Transportation Research Board’s Committee on Metropolitan Policy, Planning, and Processes, and Treasurer of the American Planning Association’s Regional and Intergovernmental Planning Division.
