By using the website, you hereby acknowledge and fully understand this privacy policy and consent to the personal data collection and use practices described in this privacy policy. Information Collection, Use, Retention, and Sharing

The only personal information we collect about you is the information you provide voluntarily; for instance, when you become an Eno member, register for our e-mail newsletter or a course or an event, or post comments or feedback on the website. We also keep records of any financial transaction you make with us, but we do not collect, process or store your debit or credit card information.

Our primary goal in collecting information is to manage our members-only offerings, to constantly improve our service to you as the user, to administer your use of our website, to communicate with you about Eno announcements, events, and new research, and to conduct research for internal purposes.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

We use third party vendors to support our services. Services and transaction types, along with vendors and their respective privacy policies, are listed here:

We keep your personal data only as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy or such longer period as may be required by applicable law. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future with event invitations, newsletters, press releases, educational dialogue, general business correspondence, and changes to this privacy policy.

In addition, we may automatically collect information about the website that you came from or are going to.

This information is aggregated and used to help us plan how we can best serve you in the future (for instance, by providing a geographic distribution of users or the popularity of content).

We also use this automatically collected information to identify and mitigate hacking attempts such as brute force attacks on our servers and passwords. We do this to keep your data safe. We will not disclose any IP addresses unless required by law. We never sell your data to a third party.
