Washington D.C. – On Thursday, May 14, Congressman Jim Renacci (OH-16) will participate in an expert discussion of transportation infrastructure funding hosted by the Eno Center for Transportation, the American Action Forum (AAF) and the Center for American Progress (CAP). The event takes place as Congress is facing a fast-approaching deadline to renew or replace the current highway and transit bill expiring May 31st.

Panelists will discuss the future of the Highway Trust Fund (HTF) and possible funding options to save our nation’s deteriorating infrastructure. The event is being held during the 3rd annual Infrastructure Week (May 11-15), a public and private sector collaboration designed to emphasize the critical need to save and modernize America’s roads and bridges.
