This table shows how much money each state and the District of Columbia have received or will receive in fiscal year 2018 in:

• general-purpose highway obligation limitation;
• NHPP highway contract authority exempt from limitation; and
• state shares of the $1.98 billion in general fund appropriations for highway formula funding.

Totals do not include the extra obligation limitation – expected to exceed $3 billion in the aggregate – that will be provided to states in late August or early September in the annual “August redistribution.”
