The Eno Center for Transportation is a neutral, non-partisan think-tank that promotes policy innovation and provides professional development opportunities across the career span of transportation professionals.
The Eno Center for Transportation Leadership (CTL) is the premier training and education resource for the U.S. transportation industry, offering courses and seminars to develop leaders across the career span – from emerging professionals to mid-managers, senior leaders, CEOs and boards of directors. We connect people and ideas to enhance cross-industry knowledge, strengthen organizations, and inspire transportation professionals through courses, seminars and on-going alumni engagement opportunities. The work of CTL is centered on identifying emerging talent, encouraging the next generation of leaders, and investing in succession planning.
We recognize the vast network of partners necessary to design, build and deliver transportation services and invite operating agencies, private sector professionals, and government partners to learn together in CTL courses.

Research and Development of Courses and Programs
Founded in 2008, Eno’s Center for Transportation Leadership gives structure to a long tradition of the organization to enhance the perspectives of transportation leaders. The CTL offers a full range of services – from the assessment and design of new courses and programs to the delivery and evaluation of courses. The staff is versed in the complexities of the transportation industry and able to guide senior leadership teams through strategic planning efforts or team evaluations.
CTL leverages the expertise, knowledge and funding of other organizations to design and deliver courses. Partners include:
American Public Transportation Association (APTA), National Transportation Institute (NTI), American Association of Highway and Transportation Professionals (AASHTO), International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association (IBTTA), Canadian Urban Transportation Association (CUTA), Federal Highway Administration (FTA) Transportation Cooperative Research Program (TCRP) Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO).
For in-person courses, a full refund will be made if written cancellation is received by the Eno Center for Transportation more than 60 days prior to the start of the program. If written cancellation is received more than 30 days but less than 60 days prior to the conference, a 50% refund of tuition fees paid will be made). No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the program.
For online courses, no refunds will be given.
In lieu of a full or partial refund, students may apply their tuition payment to a future offering of the same course offered within one year. Enrollment in future courses will be made on a space-available basis.
