OVERVIEW

Eno’s Transportation Mid-Manager Program (TMM) has a legacy of quality and impact on the transportation industry. Specifically designed for mid-level managers working in transit properties, government, and public and private sector transportation organizations, TMM has been a critical step for hundreds of transportation professionals in their careers.

We are proud to announce the launch of TMM Virtual, an interactive and 100% virtual conference for mid-level transportation managers. The COVID-19 crisis has upended our daily lives in so many ways, but it doesn’t have to derail your career advancement plans. With TMM Virtual, you can still take the next critical step in your career and move forward with your career goals. Today, amidst the challenges that COVID-19 has brought to our communities, the lessons and networks that you will gain through the TMM program are even more vital.

SCHEDULE

TMM Virtual is held over two weeks. In Week 1, the program kicks off on Sunday with a required Welcome and Program Overview. Then the program takes place 4.5 hours Monday-Thursday, followed by an Executive Roundtable in Week 2 on Tuesday.

Summer Session: August 23-27 + September 1, 2020
Fall Session: October 4-8 + October 13, 2020

CONTENT

TMM Virtual participants will be immersed in an action-packed conference where they will:

  • Learn how to optimize their specific leadership styles through the award-winning 360 Leadership Assessment
  • Communicate dynamically across organizations and generations
  • Improve strategic thinking
  • Take their career to the next level—all at the click of a button

The course includes virtual classroom instruction, executive roundtables, a leadership panel with foremost industry experts, a comprehensive leadership evaluation through the 360 Leadership Assessment, and follow up webinars. In addition, it includes an individualized coaching session following the 360 Leadership Assessment that provides each participant with detailed feedback and growth opportunities.

  • Improve strategic thinking skills. 
  • Gain a broader knowledge of industry challenges and how to navigate change. 
  • Understand the critical role of mid-level managers. 
  • Learn the balance between leading people and managing activities. 
  • Create alignment up, down, and across the organization. 
  • Hone team and trust building skills. 
  • Strengthen coaching and feedback skills. 
  • Learn to lead and manage employees in different generations. 
  • Develop a network across transportation organizations of various modes. 

INSTRUCTORS

TMM Virtual is led by the professional staff at the Eno Center for Transportation and the same high-quality coaching team from our classic TMM Program. In addition, TMM Virtual participants will also join executive roundtables with prolific leaders in the transportation industry.

TUITION & PAYMENT

The fee for the program is $3,400. This includes all course materials, pre-course leadership review and coaching session, and post-course progress review. Tuition also grants participants with lifetime Eno Alumni Association membership and includes a 6-month complimentary membership to the new web-based Eno Transportation Weekly, the premier transportation publication covering real-time legislative and regulatory industry news, upon completion of the program.

Once accepted to the program tuition can be paid online via the class registration page or through an invoice. If paper invoice is selected, they will be mailed to the participant after registration is complete. Payment is due 30 days prior to the first day of the scheduled program. Your seat is not guaranteed until you have registered and paid. Click to view the Eno’s Cancellation Policies.

CONTINUING CREDITS

Eno is a Project Management Institute (PMI®) Registered Education Provider. Transportation Mid-Manager Program participants are eligible for credit once they have completed their program. Information on how to claim the credit will be sent out after the program’s completion.
