- Change management
- Critical Role of Mid Managers
- Crossing the Generational Divide
“[Eno’s Transit Mid Manager Seminar] has made me an infinitely better manager, a better communicator, more empathetic to my people, and also better at managing up. I would say that the relationship between the General Manager and myself was tenuous before Eno, but the “360 Review” that we did before the class really opened the lines of communication and allowed us to identify what was causing problems. I have a fantastic relationship with her now.” – Todd Struthers, Des Moines Area Regional Transit, Eno Transit Mid Manager Alumnus
The course includes:
- Classroom instruction
- Group workshops
- A leadership panel with industry experts
- Follow-up webinars
- Two individualized confidential coaching sessions that provide each participant with detailed feedback and growth opportunities
