Help Eno understand availability for front line worker training programs

ICF International, in partnership with the Eno Center for Transportation, has been contracted by the Transportation Research Board’s Transit Cooperative Research Program (TCRP) to conduct research on innovative and effective training programs within the transportation industry that could hold promise for use at public transportation organizations across the country.

This effort seeks to help public transportation providers realize the benefits that can be achieved from improved training. This research focuses on identifying, documenting, and ultimately creating a catalog of the various technical training resources that have been developed across transportation organizations. Best practices will be documented, and a shared resource model will be developed that can provide an affordable solution for accessing innovative training to public transportation providers of all sizes.

The purpose of this survey is to collect information on innovative and successful training programs. Information gathered will be used to profile exemplary programs in the report and to identify potential programs for the training resource catalog, as well as to gather more general information about the range of programs currently available. ICF will not include any training programs in the report profiles or in the training resource catalog without express permission from the sponsor organization.
