Your intrepid ETW Editor Jeff Davis will be making his MC-ing debut next week at Mobility Unmanned. The event will cover unmanned (or autonomous) technology of the air, land, and sea variety. Speakers and special guests (including MC Davis) will discuss the regulatory and policy framework needed to govern the implementation of these technologies.
Speakers include Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe, Senator Mark Warner (D-VA), U.S. House Communications and Technology Subcommittee chairman Greg Walden (R-OR) in conversation with Intel Corporation’s Senior Vice President and General Manager, Automated Driving Group Doug Davis, U.S. Representatives Earl Blumenauer (D-OR), Debbie Dingell (D-MI), Bob Latta (R-OH, chairman of the U.S. House subcommittee overseeing NHTSA vehicle safety), and Dan Lipinski (D-IL), as well as many others.
