  • Tuesday, Sept. 29 – Senate Appropriations – Subcommittee on Homeland Security – oversight hearing on the Transportation Security Administration’s efforts to address findings of the Inspector General – 11:00 a.m., SD-138 Dirksen.
  • Tuesday, Sept. 29 – Senate Commerce, Science and Transportation – Subcommittee on Surface Transportation and Merchant Marine Infrastructure, Safety and Security – subcommittee hearing on pipeline safety – 2:30 p.m., SR-253 Russell.
  • Wednesday, Sept. 30 – House Homeland Security – full committee markup of many transportation security – related bills, including H.R. 3102, H.R. 3144, H.R. 3584 and H.R. 3586 (text of three of those bills with amendments adopted in subcommittee is here and the fourth bill is here)- 10:00 a.m., 311 Cannon.
  • Wednesday, Sept. 30 – House Oversight and Government reform – hearing on the interoperability of toll collection systems – 2:00 p.m., 2154 Rayburn.
