Monday, November 6 – House Ways and Means – full committee business meeting to consider H.R. 1, the tax reform bill (markup will continue throughout the week as necessary) – 12:00 p.m., 1100 Longworth.

Wednesday, November 8 – Senate Commerce, Science and Transportation – full committee business meeting to consider a series of bills and nominations, including the Furchgott-Roth (OST-R), Martinez (FMCSA), Westmoreland (Amtrak) and Landsberg (NTSB) nominations (full agenda here) – 9:45 a.m., SD-106 Dirksen (note: not the usual committee room).

Wednesday, November 8 – House Homeland Security – full committee oversight hearing on the Transportation Security Administration (Administrator Pekoske to testify) – 10:00 a.m., HVC-210, Capitol Visitors Center.

Wednesday, November 8 – Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs – full committee hearing on the nomination of Kirstjen Nielsen to be Secretary of Homeland Security – 10:00 a.m., SD-342 Dirksen.

Thursday, November 9 – Senate Armed Services – full committee hearing on nominations including R.D. James to be Assistant Secretary of the Army (Civil Works) (full agenda here) – 10:00 a.m., SD-G50 Dirksen.

Thursday, November 9 – Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs – full committee busniess meeting to consider the Nielsen (DHS) nomination and other nominations (full agenda here) – 10:30 a.m., SD-342 Dirksen.
