Tuesday, March 28 – House Transportation and Infrastructure – Subcommittee on Water Resources and Environment – subcommittee hearing on the brownfields program (witness list here) – 10:00 a.m., 2167 Rayburn.

Tuesday, March 28 – Senate Environment and Public Works – full committee hearing on bills including S. 518, to amend the Federal Water Pollution Control Act to provide for technical assistance for small treatment works, and S. 692, “Water Infrastructure Flexibility Act of 2017” (witness list here) – 2:30 p.m., SD-406 Dirksen.

Wednesday, March 29 – House Transportation and Infrastructure – full committee business meeting to mark up bills and resolutions including H.R. 1346, repealing the Obama Administration’s MPO consolidation rule; H.R. 1726, Coast Guard Improvement and Reform Act of 2017, and other items (full agenda here) – 10:00 a.m., 2167 Rayburn.

Wednesday, March 29– House Oversight and Government Reform – Subcommittee on Government Operations – subcommittee hearing on WMATA after Safetrack (follow-up on the March 14 GAO report) (witness list here) – 2:00 p.m., 2154 Rayburn.
