September 22, 2016 – A House committee recently approved legislation that would allow federal employees to use their transit benefits for on-demand ride services like Uber and Lyft.
December 9, 2015 – With the passage of the FAST Act (Fixing America’s Surface Transportation) last week, the House Oversight committee determined that this was a perfect time to evaluate the success of the 2012 MAP-21 law in reducing the number of duplicative federal transportation programs via consolidation.

November 20, 2014 – Members-elect of the upcoming 114th Congress have begun electing party leaders and selecting committee leaders. All four party caucuses (both parties in both chambers) have now elected their leaders for the upcoming Congress, and the new slate of bosses looks almost exactly like the old slate of bosses.
