CUSTOM COURSE DESIGN

The Eno CTL staff is seasoned in the design and development of courses and programs for targeted workforce groups. They insist that each new course or effort begins with an assessment of need to ensure the staff understands the customer, critical issues and issues specific to the customer.

Prior to designing the IBTTA Senior Leadership Course, staff interviewed 50 international tolling and bridge CEOs to understand the needs. Staff involved these leaders and others in the design of the course content. Qualitative interviews and quantitative surveys were conducted with the leaders and with those prospective participants, with results factored into the the final course.

An internship program was designed for a private transportation provider and the process above helped to capture lessons learned from past efforts, coordinate with other company training and development efforts and deliver a program design that is sustainable.

The Eno staff understands adult education and the unique needs of public and private transportation leaders. We know how to listen carefully and encourage participation in the process. Contact Dr. Barbara Gannon at bgannon@enotrans.com to see what Eno can do for you.

Dr. Gannon's experience in performing qualitative and quantitative research has helped to conduct the studies necessary to design courses, internship programs and strategic direction.
