The Eno Center for Transportation Leadership (CTL) is the premier training and education resource for the transportation industry, offering courses and seminars to develop leaders across the career span – from emerging professionals to mid-managers, senior leaders, CEOs and boards of directors. We connect people and ideas to enhance cross-industry knowledge, stronger organizations and inspired transportation professionals through courses, seminars and on-going alumni engagement opportunities.

We recognize the vast network of partners necessary to design, build and deliver transportation services and invite operating agencies, private sector professionals, and government partners to learn together in CTL courses.

Founded in 2008, Eno’s Center for Transportation Leadership (CTL) gives structure to a long tradition of the organization to enhance the perspectives of transportation leaders. The CTL offers a full range of services – from the assessment and design of new courses and programs to the delivery and evaluation of courses. The staff is versed in the complexities of the transportation industry and able to guide senior leadership teams through strategic planning efforts or team evaluations. 

CTL leverages the expertise, knowledge and funding of other organizations to design and deliver courses. Partners include:

American Public Transportation Association (APTA), National Transportation Institute (NTI), American Association of Highway and Transportation Professionals (AASHTO), International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association (IBTTA), Canadian Urban Transportation Association (CUTA), Federal Highway Administration (FTA) Transportation Cooperative Research Program (TCRP) Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO).
